Weekend promotions at VIP Slots Casino

December 10th, 2010

This weekend I will be Christmas shopping. I’ve been slacking and haven’t started yet. If the shopping doesn’t drain my bank account, though, I intend to play some online slots as well. Every weekend you can count on finding some good promotions and tournaments and VIP Slots Casino is no exception.

The promotions start day, Friday, December 10. Today is Fiesta Friday at VIP Slots. That means you get double loyalty points when you play the La Cucaracha slot. Double points are awarded for playing the game between the hours of 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM EST.

The following day, Saturday, December 11, is 7 Reel Saturday. On that day, players receive double points for playing the Lucky 7s online slot. In addition, the day is also part of Bonus Saturdays. Players receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit of the day.

Throughout the weekend, you can also take part in the Holiday Feast tournament. They like to start their feasts early at VIP Slots. I don’t recommend you do the same with your eating habits, or you will be obese by New Year’s. The Holiday Feast is a slot tournament that takes place in four rounds. The first round ends on Saturday, December 11. Round two begins on Sunday, December 12 and runs until December 18.

Each round of the Holiday Feast tournament has an entry fee of $5 and the prizes are shares of the pot. In addition, the top 200 players in each round earn free entry into the 2011 January Showdown tournament, which can be considered a final round for the Holiday Feast. That tournament runs from January 3 to January 9. There is entry fee for the tournament. Players cannot buy their way into the tournament and can only enter if they qualify in the Holiday Feast tournament. The January Showdown tournament has a $50,000 prize pool.

To take advantage of any of these promotions, visit VIP Slots Casino.

Holiday Feast tournament at VIP Slots Casino

December 3rd, 2010

You have to hand it to online casinos: They do a great job of cashing in on holidays. When any major holiday is coming, those casinos always seem to have a promotion that lines up with the day. Christmas is one of the biggest holidays in the world, so even though it’s 22 days away, it’s not too early to begin Christmas promotions.

Starting this weekend, VIP Slots Casino is running the Holiday Feast promotion. Great, like feasting on holiday food is what I want to think about now. I’m not over Thanksgiving yet! The slot tournament begins on Sunday and does not end until December 31.

The slot tournament takes place in four rounds, with each played on a different game. Each round has an entry fee of $5 and players compete for a share of the pot. Round One of the Holiday Feast tournament takes place from Sunday, December 5, to Saturday, December 11. It is played on the Fat Cat slot. I think a game about an obese character is fitting for a feast-themed tournament.

Round Two of the Holiday Feast tournament is played on the Naughty Ninjas slot and is will be held from December 12 to December 18. The third round of the tournament runs from December 19 to December 25 and is played on the Beat the Bank slot. The fourth and final round of the Holiday Feast tournament takes place from December 26 to December 31. It is played on the Reel Deal slot.

To take part in the Christmas-themed slot tournament, visit VIP Slots Casino. And if you are unable to take part in this one, don’t worry. There will be plenty more Christmas-themed tournaments this month.

Weekend tournaments at Online Vegas

November 19th, 2010

It’s almost 5:00 on Friday when I’m writing this, which means I’m buzzing a little. That’s because I have certain traditions for the weekend. On Friday, I kick off the weekend with a nice big liquid lunch and then at 4:00 I go back to the ol’ flask for a refreshing. When 5:00 rolls around, it’s time to hit the pub for Happy Hour. Then Friday night I go out to the clubs and try to pick up women. When that fails, I go home, log onto my favorite online casinos, and play some slot tournaments. Saturday and Sunday I watch a lot of sports and play in the tournaments some more.

This weekend I want to highlight the tournaments at Online Vegas Casino. There are several tournaments from which to choose. For some reason, the regular Weekend Madness tournament doesn’t seem to be offered this time. However, there is the Weekend 3-Hour Quickie tournament. That is played from 10:00 PM on Saturday to 1:00 AM on Sunday. The game this time is played on the Bigfoot slot. There is a $3.99 entry fee and a prize pool of $1,000.

The casino is also running the Countdown to Thanksgiving Freeroll. That began back on October 14 and ends on November 25, which is Thanksgiving day. The tournament is played on the Funky Chicken slot, which is fitting, though a Funky Turkey slot would have been better. There is no entry fee for the tournament and players compete for a share of a $200,000 prize pool. If you run out of credits, you can re-buy for an amount of $12.99.

Another free slot tournament is the Bonus Buck Weekend Freeroll. That is played from 9:00 AM on Saturday to 10:00 PM on Sunday. It is played on the Magic Monkey slot and the prize pool is $2,500 in bonus bucks.

To take part in any of those slot tournaments, visit Online Vegas Casino. I advise against playing while drunk, though. I’ve done it before and it’s not wise.

Ongoing tournaments at Super Slots Casino

November 10th, 2010

I love playing online slots as much as the next guy. Okay, actually, I love playing online slots more than the next guy, unless the next guy constantly plays new slots and writes a blog about slots. Still, as much as I love the games, sometimes I get bored with the normal play and I want more competition. That’s where slot tournaments come in.

With tournament play, you get to experience the thrill of competing against other slot players. Instead of just getting excited about your wins and bummed at your losses, you keep an eye on the leader board and worry about how well other players are doing. Plus you get to take a shot at prizes without spending much, or sometimes any, of your own money.

Right now there are several tournament options available to you at Super Slots Casino. If you want a big tournament with big prize money, you can’t do better than the Big Turkey tournament. That takes place throughout the entire month of November. Though its entry fee is only $5, the prize pool is $100,000 in guaranteed cash. Another big tournament is the Slottery, which also takes place all month but in 5 weekly stages. Each stage has a $5 buy-in and players compete for the pot.

For a shorter tournament, there is the Weekender, which takes place from Friday to Monday. The Weekender tournament has a $5 entry fee and players fight for a share of the pot. If even that is too long, there are a number of daily tournaments, such as the daily Play for the Pot tournament. Those run each day from 12:01 AM to 10:59 PM and have a $3 entry fee. There are also the Quick Slots tournaments, which run daily for 2.5 hours and have a $0.50 entry fee.

Whether you want a short and quick slot tournament or a long tournament, Super Slots Casino has you covered. With a variety of tournaments available for as little as $0.50, virtually anything you could want in a slot tournament can be found somewhere at Super Slots.

Slot tournaments at Online Vegas

October 26th, 2010

Well, the Weekend Madness tournament at Online Vegas ended yesterday. Did you win any prizes? The game was played on the Cherry Blossoms slot for a $30,000 prize pool. Not a bad way to spend the weekend, but I spent most of mine watching sports and drinking, and drinking while watching sports. Now that the tournament is over, there is other action you can get in on if you’re interested.

Today there is a slot tournament on an appropriate game, Vampire Vixen. It’s one of my favorite games because it’s a spooky horror-themed slot and because, honestly, the vampire is kind of hot. Don’t judge me. From 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM today, you can join the 2.5 Hour $500 Bonus Buck Freeroll on Vampire Vixen. As the name indicates, there is no entry fee for the tournament. Once you join, you are credited with 100 coins. If you run out, you can re-buy for $2.25. The prize pool for the tournament is $500 in bonus bucks. If you missed your chance on playing it today, the tournament runs again Wednesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM.

If you’re having trouble sleeping, there is also the Red-Eye tournament that takes place tonight/tomorrow morning. On Wednesday, from 12:30 AM to 8:30 AM, Online Vegas is holding a tournament on the Winter Wonderland slot. Though that game may seem more appropriate for Christmas than Halloween, I know people who insist Christmas can be celebrated any day of the year. The tournament has an entry fee of $2.99 and players compete for a share of the pot.

To take part in either of the slot tournaments currently available at Online Vegas, visit the casino today.

Haunted slot tournament at Super Slots

October 1st, 2010

Halloween is one of my favorite times of the year, mostly because I get to dress up as someone else and live as someone else for a day. I have to spend most of my time as Johan, the slots writer whose girl left him for a cabana boy. On Halloween, though, I get to live as whoever I want: James Bond, Indiana Jones, Batman, whatever! Plus there’s great candy involved as well.

Some may think that it’s too early to focus on Halloween, since it’s at the beginning of the month and we are only starting October today. Those people are wrong. It’s never too early to focus on Halloween. Luckily, Super Slots Casino seems to agree with me. Because they have some treats (no tricks, as far as I can tell) for you in the form of a spooktacular slot tournament.

The tournament is The Haunted $100,000 Slot Tournament and it runs from October 1 through October 31. On the actual night of Halloween, you probably shouldn’t be playing on an online casino. You should be getting drunk with a naughty nurse at a costume party. Still, for the rest of the month you can take part in this ghoulishly fun tournament.

The slot tournament has an entry fee of only $10, which gives you the opportunity to play for a guaranteed prize pool of $100,000. This is a top-heavy prize pool, with the first-place finisher winning $50,000. In total, the top 175 players in the tournament will win prize money.

The Haunted tournament is played on the Black Magic slot, an online slot with a creepy horror theme. The online slot feature symbols of witches, vampires, bubbling caldrons, bats, skulls and more.

To take part in the Haunted slot tournament, visit Super Slots Casino.

Slot tournaments ending at Online Vegas

September 20th, 2010

All good things must come to an end. Sometimes they end in a good way, like your football season ending with a championship. Other times they end not so well, like when your engagement is broken off because your fiance left you for the cabana boy. Still, every Monday there is that undeniable feeling that your weekend has been stolen from you and you’ll never get it back. Adding to that feeling is the fact that many casino tournaments are now ending. Or I guess you can look at it in a more positive way:

Slot tournaments are ending soon! This is your last time to enter!

There, I think that’s more positive.

With the weekend over, that means that weekend tournaments are ending. That includes the major weekend tournament at Online Vegas: the Weekend Madness. Ending at 10:45 PM tomorrow night, the $30,000 Guaranteed Weekend Madness tournament is almost over. That means you’re running out of time to claim a part of the $30,000 prize pool. The slot tournament is being played on the Butterflies game and it has a $10 entry fee.

That’s not the only tournament ending, though. Tonight at 7:00 PM the Beat the Bank tournament comes to a close. Played on the Beat the Bank slot, this tournament has an entry fee of $2.50. Players compete for a share of the pot.

If you have not yet entered either of those weekend tournaments, it would be difficult to enter now and earn enough points to win prizes. However, stranger things have happened. Hitting the jackpot could certainly get you there. If you play a whole lot of games and get lucky you can do it as well. Most of the time, though, you have to enter sooner if you want to win. If you played over the weekend and haven’t participated since then, though, your spot on the leader board may be up for grabs. Be sure to go to Online Vegas and check out your status to see if you’re in the running for prizes. You may decide that you have a good chance to win if you simply play more games and win a few more points. With the tournaments ending soon, you should have a good idea of where you stand and how many more points you need to win prizes.

To take part in the tournaments, visit Online Vegas Casino.

Weekend slot tournaments at VIP Slots

September 9th, 2010

With the weekend almost here, it’s time to focus on the slot tournaments. I know you’re probably as excited about them as I am. Well, maybe not as excited. I’m excited for two reasons: 1) I love playing in slot tournaments and 2) they give me something to blog about (since this is otherwise a slow news day). If you’re looking for a slot tournament to play in this weekend, I recommend the Slots-tember tournament at VIP Slots Casino.

The tournament began back on September 1 and it runs through the end of the month, ending on September 30. The slot tournament has a $5 entry fee. Players compete for a share of a huge $100,000 prize pool.

Players have a full month to play and earn as many points as they can, with the players atop the leader board taking home big prizes. How big? Well, the tournament winner will get $50,000. That’s not too bad. I can think of a lot of good things I can do with that money. The second-place finisher does pretty well, too, winning $20,000. The prizes get smaller the farther you go down the leader board, but the top 275 players will win some type of prize.

The Slots-tember tournament is played on the Beat the Bank slot game, which is a slot with a bank heist theme. If you win the grand prize in this tournament, no bank robbery will be necessary. In fact, if you put all of that money in the bank, someone else may target your money! Okay, that’s just me being paranoid…

You have all month to play, but you can’t wait too long and hope to make it to the top of the leader board. To take part in the Slots-tember tournament, visit VIP Slots Casino.

Slottery tournament at Super Slots

August 18th, 2010

There are only a few days left in the current phase of the Slottery tournament at Super Slots Casino. Don’t worry, though, because the next part of the slot tournament begins as soon as that one ends. It’s part of a month-long slot tournament that helps players beat the August heat by staying in and playing some slots.

On August 22, the current part of the Slottery tournament will end. This part of the slot tournament is played on the Last King of Egypt game. There is a $5 entry fee and players compete for a share of the pot. Once that part of the Slottery tournament ends, though, the fourth and final part of the tournament begins.

From August 22 through August 29, Super Slots Casino is running the final part of the Slottery tournament. It is played on the Solomon’s Mines slot. Like the rest of this tournament, the final phase has an entry fee of $5 and players compete for a share of the pot.

The Solomon’s Mines slot is a 5-reel, 25-payline video slot with a jackpot of 2,000 coins. The online slot has a multiplier bonus, free-spin bonus and a treasure hunt bonus feature.

If a week-long slot tournament isn’t your style, the online casino also has daily slot tournaments. They are the Play for the Pot tournaments and then run every day. They have a $3 entry fee and players compete for the pot, which is smaller than on the Slottery tournament because the tournament doesn’t last as long (so there aren’t as many players buying in).

Tomorrow’s Play for the Pot slot tournament is played on the Eastern Dragon slot. The next day, August 20, it is played on the Cash Caboose slot.

To take part in the Slottery tournament and play for some prize money, visit Super Slots Casino.

VIP Slots’ summerlong online slot tournament continues

August 4th, 2010

For those of you who are unaware, the Summer Slots Series tournament is going on at VIP Slots Casino right now. If you don’t know then shame on you! Don’t you read my blog?

Anyway, the Summer Slots Series is an online slot tournament that runs throughout the entire summer. The four-round promotion began June 1, with the tournament being played on the Funky Chicken slot. Part two of the tournament took pat on the Shaaark slot from July 1 through July 31. On August 1, the third part of the tournament began and it will run until the end of the month.

Right now, the slot tournament is taking place on the California Gold slot. Players earn points for winning spins in the tournament and the competition has a leader board format. Those with atop the leader board at the end of the tournament will win prizes.

For this third part of the tournament, there is $175,000 in prizes up for grabs. The first-place finisher will win $75,000 and the second and third-place finishers will win $25,000 and $10,000, respectively. The top 800 players in the tournament will win some kind of prize.

In addition to this final part of the tournament, there is also a fourth part, where the Summer Slots Overall Prize is awarded. Here, the player with the most overall points, combining all three parts of the tournament will win an extra $75,000. If you have not yet joined the tournament, I don’t imagine you can win this prize. However, all of the first three parts of the tournament are separate, so there is still plenty of time for you to join part three and win prize money on the California Gold slot.

The Summer Slots Series tournament can be played at VIP Slots Casino.
