Pacific Net Profit Sharing Agreement

Pacific Net, Inc. has entered into an agreement with a leading gaming operator in Cambodia. PactGames, their subsidiary, has entered into this recurring revenue share agreement so that they can put their slots and other games into various locations throughout Cambodia. They will be putting in 150 slots in 2007, with another 500-2000 coming in by the end of 2008.

Pacific Net is known for its gaming and mobile games technology, as well as Customer Relationship Management in China, and is considered a leader in their field. The slots that they will be offering are PactGames products such as CyberCash Slot Machines, EGT slots, eTable Baccarat, etc. as well as their Advansys Casino Management System.

PactGames is known for the gaming systems, software, and hardware platforms that they create for both land based casinos as well as online slots and gambling casinos. Their latest agreements may be based on land based casinos, but they are always looking to increase the quality and occurrence of their online slots as well.

The company thinks that Cambodia could be a great fit for them as they think it has “much potential in terms of returns” according to their president. He says that the new agreement is a “win-win” for both companies, and that this is just one more step for the company in their attempts to become a leader in the online slots and gambling industry.
