Latin America is a large large place, complete with many different countries with distinct cultures and languages to boot. So far Panama is the only country that is starting to get with the program and having some governmental involvement in the whole thing. Everybody knows that Latin American countries are in development and so they are able to start with a clean slate and learn from the mistakes and successes of other countries.

Therefore, Panama has benefited greatly from the taxation and regulation of online slots, and their economy has been doing incredibly well from the added revenue. It is such a shame that a fledgling country would be so much more willing to think outside of the box, while the US is simply stuck in a rut.
