PacificNet Elects Independent Director

PacificNet has announced that they have elected Stephen Crystal to be a member of their Board of Directors as an Independent Director. The online slots and gaming technology company’s addition of the former State Legislator is a huge boon to the company and its strength.

Crystal is currently the CEO and President of TableMAX Holdings, Inc. which is a leading provider of electronic table games. He has extensive experience in both gaming and law and can only serve to make the company the strongest possible by his addition.

Crystal has a long history of being in the online slots and gambling industry, having been a board member of Las Vegas Gaming, Inc. and a founder of JMC Investments, LLC – who are known for their gaming technology investments. He also co-founded Barrick Gaming Corporation, which was responsible for owning and operating six of the hotel casinos located in Las Vegas.

But Crystal does not just have a background in slots and gambling. He also has a strong law background as well. He practiced law at Armstrong Teasdale, Gage and Tucker and Wirkin and King. He was also the Equal Opportunity Specialist for the Department of Labor, and served in the New Hampshire House of Representatives.

Crystal says that he is excited to be a part of the company as he knows that they are “one of the world’s leading providers of gaming technology” and is pleased that he gets the chance to bring his experience to the company. The board is just as excited to have him there, and they know that his experience will prove to be invaluable.
