In a very dramatic week, online gaming giant 888 has signed another deal, this time with Sportech.

Sportech is a football pool site that is looking to expand its fanbase. In a move that is being considered very smart businesswise for Sportech, they are joining the empire that is online casino 888 in order to stay afloat.

Sportech Chief Executive Ian Penrose said: “This is a strong strategic partnership for Sportech. This fits exactly with our strategy of reinvigorating the pools business and delivering an enhanced and modern product for today's gaming customers.”

 888's Chief Executive Gigi Levi called the deal a 'milestone agreement'.

With the new deal, gamers and sports betters alike will see new football pool games (that will include historic brands like Littlewoods, Vernons and Zetters) which will be marketed across all of 888's online gaming sites.
