Inside Gaming vs. Aspiritus

Inside Gaming management services has been on the receiving end of some pretty hard criticism from Aspiritus, the very short lived online casino website. Aspiritus had a contract with Inside Gaming for the duration of their existence, and as it turns out, Aspiritus only was around for a few months before going under.

The major problem is coming from uneasy gamblers who had online accounts with Aspiritus. Many of them are feeling completely abandoned by the company, since there was no clear communication as to how the issue would be handled, and whether or not they would be getting their money back, if at all. There was even a lack of warning when Aspiritus went under, and now there is a very dismissive and cryptic message on the website, which does not clear any confusion at all.

Aspiritus maintains that the whole reason they did not succeed is because of the high fees that they were forced to pay Inside Gaming. However Inside Gaming is one of the industry’s leading online slots and casino managing firms, and is highly prominent. Asipiritus, in contrast, is quite the opposite, having been new to the scene, and also going belly up so quickly. The ridiculously fast turnaround time is a signal that the planning was definitely subpar, and that there were more issues and problems that outside fees. It seems that they did not have a sufficiently strong infrastructure and business sense to make the whole thing work in the first place.

Furthermore, it’s usually not a good sign when an unsuccessful person or company fails and decides to point fingers all the way down. It is probably the lack of initiative, forward thinking, and the inability to take responsibility for one’s own shortcomings and failures, which contributes ultimately to a dismal situation like the one at Aspiritus. Meanwhile, the reputation of Inside Gaming has stood tall and has not been affected.
